Louise Saporito is a Managing Director at Evercrest Advisory and a senior General Counsel and risk executive with significant experience leading legal, governance, risk and compliance functions within highly regulated financial services institutions.

Louise has held executive leadership responsibility for enterprise legal, risk and compliance frameworks within institutions operating under complex financial services and credit licensing regimes and subject to prudential and conduct supervision. In these roles, she has worked closely with regulators on licensing matters, supervisory enquiries, breach reporting and regulatory investigations, and has led institutional responses to regulatory change and remediation programs.

Her work focuses on translating complex financial services and prudential regulation into effective governance structures, licensing frameworks and operational compliance systems.
